AOM INVESTis a Joint Stock Company specialized in studies, development, and operation of tourism projects in the thermal sector. It also collaborates with other international development and excellence centers in designing studies aimed at building outstanding tourist destinations and enhancing Algeria’s tourism industry.

Founded in 2011 with the motivation and determination to contribute to the development of the tourism sector, the company began its transformation in 2013 — a historic phase for the AOM INVEST Group — through the opening of its capital to the Mascara Wilaya Fund, managed by the National Bank of Algeria, for the realization of its first hotel chain project at the Bouhanifia thermal station (Mascara Wilaya), under the name Hotel Thermal Aqua Sirence.

Within its strategic plan, this establishment will be the first in a chain of facilities offering similar services across the country’s thermal sites.

This first project is currently under construction, with a progress rate exceeding 83% and a very high pace of execution. The operational launch was scheduled for the end of 2018.

In 2016, AOM INVEST SPA developed and adopted its medium- and long-term strategic development plan, designed to meet the needs and expectations of the national tourism master plan by 2030.
