The Company DAHLI Spa (DAEWOO ALGERIA HOTEL, LEISURE AND ESTATE) is a joint stock company with a share capital of about 20.882.040.000 DA. It was created on 9 October 1996 following a statutory modification of the Mixed Economy Company SAHLI. The latter was established on 24 May 1988 by the ex. Onafex and Daewoo Corporation.
The 40-year concession contract signed in 2001 with the Directorate of Estates has been renewed and transformed into concession-selling contract which should result in a cession process after the completion of ALGER MEDINA project.
The Spa DAHLI operates in the business real estate sector (Algeria Business Center Tower (ABC). It also works in the tourism sector, particularly hotels (HILTON Hotel) and also in services such the leasing of space for offices. Its activity also extends to related services.
With the object of partly financing its project ALGER MEDINA, the Spa DAHLI resorted to issuing debenture loans intended for the general public subscription on 11 January 2009.
